RULES&POLICIES

  • We will hold on to your raw files no longer than 2 weeks unless you communicated you would like them longer.

  • Raw files will not be sent out unless there are special conditions or personal projects. To release raw files, it is a $100 fee.

  • No deposits = No holds

  • No refunds for deposits unless its catastrophic conditions.

  • A Final balance needs to be sent after shoot unless properly communicated.

  • Budgets equal to day projects must pay ahead of time and delivered the day of or next.

  • A full or partial refund will be sent if any of the NAW! team members are at fault.

  • All work is allotted a 3-14 day turnaround time.

  • Video Deliverables over 3 minutes will take 14-30 days at this moment. (2023-2024)

  • If you are 2 hours late to a shoot without proper communication your deposit will kept and we are allowed to charge a late fee

  • Traveling budgets require all team members to be fed and roomed adequately.(If any team personnel are uncomfortable with room conditions we are permitted to leave the shoot by any means)

  • Disrespect to any team members are not tolerated by any means. Team members are allowed to withdraw from the premises if feel unsafe or disrespected.

  • We own all rights to our work regardless what business entity, we work for. (When a photographer snaps a photo, they immediately own the copyright to that photo. The photo is the property and they are the legal owner of that property) (their ‘intellectual property).

  • We use Apple Pay, Zelle, CashApp, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, and Square.

  • We do not use PayPal, Checks, Wires, Cash, or Western Unions.

  • Your budget isn’t everybody else budget*

  • There are 2 different types of photo edits (light edits and heavy edits) Price varies for both.

  • 2 Major corrections and 1 minor modification for free then $75 for other edits after that.
