Deposits are non-refundable, except in catastrophic cases or when our team is at fault.

We keep raw files for about 2 weeks. Raw release is $100 unless it’s a special or personal project.

Final balance is due after the shoot unless we arrange something else.

Day-project budgets are paid ahead of time.

If you’re 2+ hours late without communication, we keep the deposit and may add a late fee.

For travel, please feed and room our crew adequately. If conditions feel unsafe, we’ll leave.

Disrespect or unsafe behavior means we leave.

We retain the rights to our work and its intellectual property.

No checks, wires, cash, or Western Union.

You get 2 major and 1 minor correction free. After that, edits are $75 each.

Typical turnaround is 3–14 days. Longer videos, especially over 3 minutes, can take 14–30 days.
